30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your MUBAH purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase
- Be returned in original packaging when possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
- Items without original tags
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at returns@mubah.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: Free return shipping on exchanges
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. To request an exchange:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate in your email that you'd like an exchange
- Specify the item you'd like to receive
- We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@mubah.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the item is defective.
